4.-A. ID 25-508 Actions pertaining to regulating the possession of, Commercial Scrap Metal. 1. Adopt a finding that the Ordinance to add Article 36 to Chapter 9 of the Fresno Municipal Code is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the common sense exemption set forth in section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines, because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that this action will have a significant effect on the environment. 2. BILL (for Introduction) adding Article 36 to Chapter 9 of the Fresno Municipal Code, relating to Commercial Scrap Metal.
