Award a construction contract to Harris Development Corp. dba HBC Enterprises, of Clovis California, in the amount of $577,999 for the Department of Transportation Fresno Area Express (FAX) Bus Stop ADA Upgrades Phase A project, within the City of Fresno, and authorize the Director of Transportation to execute all related documents.
