The purpose of the meeting for the Fresno Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District Public Financing Authority is to meet and consider the following: Members of the public are encouraged to participate electronically. There are four ways a members of the public can participate. 1. eComments: Is a tool for citizens to use to make comments on agenda items. It will be open during the Public Financing Authority meeting and closed at the end of the meeting and all comments will be a part of the official record.
