The purpose of the meeting for the Fresno Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District Public Financing Authority is to meet and consider the following: Members of the public are encouraged to participate electronically. There are four ways a members of the public can participate. 1. eComments: Is a tool for citizens to use to make comments on agenda items. It will be open during the Public Financing Authority meeting and closed at the end of the meeting and all comments will be a part of the official record. Please review the User Agreement and Procedures document for eComment at https://www.fresno.gov/cityclerk/ 2. Residents may also email comments to be included in the record by sending an Email to district7@fresno.gov 3. Join online on Zoom: All participants will be on mute until they are called upon at which point they will be unmuted. Public Comment

Members of the public may address the Fresno Enhanced Infrastructure Financing District (EIFD) Public Financing Authority regarding items that are not listed on the agenda and within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Fresno EFID Public Financing Authority. Each person is limited to a three (3) minute presentation.
