Adopt a finding that this project is not subject to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15061(b)(3) as there is clearly no possibility the adoption of the 2025 California Fire Code or local amendments may have a significant adverse effect on the environment 2. ***RESOLUTION - Adopt Resolution making express findings that modifications or changes to the 2025 California Fire Code, 2025 California Historical Building Code, and 2025 California Residential Code are reasonably necessary because of local climatic, geological, or topographical conditions (Subject to Mayor's Veto) 3.
