Will the 5 FTEs navigators funded via this contract also provide Cal-Aim services in the subsequent Mobile Showers Contract to be presented in September 2025, if approved? Cal-Aim services were reference in this contract. Please clarify.
Also, regarding the 4000 unique individuals contact in the performance section annually, please elaborate on the housing status of these unique individuals compared to the current housing PIT count for the homeless in the City of Fresno. Are sheltered people included in this performance goal of contacting 4000 unique individuals in the City of Fresno?
