Nunley & Associates, Inc., of Fresno, California, to increase the total contract by an amount not to exceed $126,754.00, paid on a time and materials basis with an additional contingency amount not to exceed $19,013.00, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $229,277.00, and a revised contingency amount not to exceed $34,392.00, and to extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2027, for the Design of Booster Pump Replacements at Pump Stations 89A, 150, and 176 Project.
