Approve the First Amendment to the Repair Services Agreement between the City of Fresno and RHCB Development, LP, a Limited Partnership to increase the compensation amount by $14,826.00 for a total agreement amount of $8,386,656.00 to incorporate the payment of certain City of Fresno permit fees
