2.-J. ID 25-855 Actions pertaining to a grant agreement between the City of Fresno and the Fresno Economic Opportunity Commission (FEOC)/Advance Peace: 1. Approve a no-cost Second Amendment to the grant agreement for the Violence Intervention and Prevention Initiative (VIPI) dated June 26, 2024 between the City of Fresno and FEOC/Advance Peace to extend the term through June 26, 2026 and update the scope of services. 2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement and all related documents on the behalf of the City of Fresno.
