Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption per staff determination, pursuant to Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Environmental Assessment for Planned Development & Development Permit Application No. P19-04137; 2. RESOLUTION - Adopt the attached Resolution of Intention Number 1158-D to vacate a portion of the public street easement on the north side of West Nees Avenue, east of West Audubon Drive; 3. Set the required public hearing at 10:05 a.m. on March 13, 2025.
