Approve the Second Amendment to the agreement between the City and Downtown Association of Fresno to extend the term through June 30, 2025 and increase compensation in the total amount to not exceed $703,030. 2. Approve the First Amendment to the agreement between the City and Career Nexus to extend the term through June 30, 2025 and increase compensation in the total amount to not exceed $176,820. 3.
