Affirm the City Manager's finding that Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group Inc., dba Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group, is uniquely qualified; 2. Approve the professional engineering and architectural services agreement with Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group Inc., dba Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group, of Fresno, California in the amount of $95,500, and a $10,000 contingency, for the design and construction support services for the Manchester Skate Park Project.
