2.-PP. ID 24-706 Actions pertaining to grant agreements between the City of Fresno (City) and the Fresno Economic Opportunity Commission (FEOC)/Advance Peace: 1. Approve a second amendment to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant agreement between the City and the FEOC/Advance Peace to extend the grant term through December 31, 2024 to provide violence intervention and prevention services to at-risk youth. 2. Approve a one-year grant agreement between the City and FEOC/Advance Peace for an amount not to exceed $375,000 from the General Fund to provide violence intervention and prevention services to at-risk youth. 3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the amendment and grant agreement on behalf of the City.
