Adopt a finding of a Categorical Exemption per staff's determination, pursuant to Sections 15332/Class 32 and 15304/Class 4 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Environmental Assessment No. PC00204, for the Broadway Parque Project; 2. Approve a substitution of the listed subcontractor Ross Rec with King Khan Drilling & Construction Company; 3. Award a construction contract in the amount of $2,480,119, for the Base Bid plus all five (5) Add Alternates, with Stockbridge General Contracting, Inc. of Clovis, California, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the Broadway Parque Project.
