Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. 2. Approve the Baggage Cart Concession Agreement between the City of Fresno and Smarte Carte, Inc., at Fresno Yosemite International Airport. The term of the agreement is 5 years plus a 5-year option. Total annual revenue is estimated to be $5,700. Total anticipated revenue during the full term of the agreement is approximately $28,500. (Council District 4)
