City of Fresno, fix our infrastructure that seems to be falling apart at the seams. One cannot even walk down the street without tripping, stumbling, almost falling. Sidewalks are ridiculously uneven and danger is all around. Our roads are not any better. If you drive a vehicle it’s more than likely you’ve had repairs due to the condition of our city’s sidewalks and streets. There are parts of town that look desolate, like a warzone, and a lot is due to the fact of cutting down mature adult trees and shrubs. If it gave us- Us being the unfortunate unhoused part of the census, shade. We’ve paid taxes before falling on homeless hardship. Why are you trying so hard to separate those without homes/houses from the general population? You pay taxes. We pay taxes. We are equal, you are not, in any way, shape or form, better than us. Stop the segregation from you. We are all in this together. Let’s try to work on and solve problem together. Try a little more funding on solving homeless problems, less on a special homeless taskforce/ HART. Since this is online, try to not segregate us from you. Our votes are just as meaningful as yours. We are the people. Read your preamble of the Constitution. It quotes from the very start, “We the people,” not you, the people.
