1.-U. ID 22-899 Actions pertaining to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) American Job Centers of California (AJCC) Mandated Partner Memorandums of Understanding: 1. Approve Mandated Partner Memorandums of Understanding with an Infrastructure Funding Agreement value projected at $50,000 or greater; and 2. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to sign all other Mandated Partner Memorandums of Understanding, under $50,000, as are presented to the City Manager during the term of Program Years 2022-2025. 3. Authorize the City Manager to sign any additional Partner Memorandums of Understanding that the FRWDB presents to the City during the term of Program Years 2022-2025.
