As of now the motels that we bought to actually help the homeless are not helping them at all hence they are being kicked out for acting as if they are still homeless. We should be providing in house social services, intense case management, drug/mental health treatment as needed. We will NEVER cure homelessness until we address root causes. We can not keep blaming the county and we need to start throwing money into mental health/drug treatment.
