Approve a Second Amendment with Turning Point of Central California, Inc., to increase funding by $224,448 for triage center security services at the Journey Home Triage Center for a total award of $724,448. 3. Approve an Agreement with Turning Point of Central California, Inc., for triage center security services at the Step-up Triage Center in the amount of $224,448. 4. Approve an Agreement with Turning Point of Central California, Inc., for triage center security services at the Sun Lodge Triage Center in the amount of $80,640.
