I live in the Huntington Blvd area that this proposed convenience store would be built. We already have a variety of convenience store/gas stations within a mile of this location. A Chevron, 3 independent stations, 2 ARCOS and one already boarded up Sinclair station. How many of these will soon be boarded up too when this is built? Just across Cedar Ave from this location are quite a few Mom and Pop stores that I believe will be adversely affected by a corporately owned 7-11 so close by. Please uphold the appeal and deny this project. Thank you.
