APPROVE - Planned Development Application No. P20-00845 proposing to modify the RS-5 (Residential Single-Family, Medium Density) zone district development standards to allow for reduced setbacks, reduced lot sizes, and reduced lot depths for the proposed detached single-family residences. 5.
