What is the council going to do about demonstrators breaking the stay at home order? This gathering was small, but I fear this may be a “foot in the door” situation that will lead to larger gatherings putting the public health at risk and prolonging the need for a stay at home order.

We need to start enforcing social distancing during this coronavirus or else it's going to take longer for us to get back to normal. California closed everything earlier than other parts of the country, let's not lose the lead we were given.

I was advise that a few who are wanting to go back to an opening nonessential businesses. I fear we are doing this too soon because we have not tested to see who is a non-symptomatic carrier. As much as we are hurting economically do we want to regret what when we realize someone got COVID19?!

What is the council going to do about protesters (the freedom to return to work group) who are endangering all of us by ignoring the guidelines to shelter in place?

EO 2020-13 prohibits all gatherings of any number of people outside a single household or living unit and provides for the potential for penalties for egregious or persistent violations. Recent protests violate this EO. Please address how this will be enforced. It is a matter of public safety.

Unless these people have signed waivers that they won't be a public charge when they get sick, allowing protesters to break social distancing guidelines creates a burden on our tax dollars. If you're going to let them protest during a SIP, minimize the risk to others & cite them for violations.

People have their right to protest but at this difficult time their actions have to be monitored and stopped if they jeopardize public health and put health care professional in danger after they get virus and go to the hospitals taking away ventilators and beds from other patients behaved.

The protestors that are demonstrating to “reopen America” are violating the city ordinance to stay home and not gather in large groups. They need to be fined at the very least and/or arrested. They are putting the public at risk and clearly have no regard for our community.

There is a stay at home order by the the city. Fine them. These people are endangering the lives of the community. This isn't your typical protest. There is a virus that will kill and yet they are allowed to spread it. Please enforce your rules and I stress "your". Please & Thank you

There’s video of a protest that took place Saturday, people broke the 6ft protocol and blocked traffic near Blackstone and Shaw. There are plans for larger protest at the end of April/ being of May. How will the city handle un-permitted protestors in Fresno? Can we expect them to be fined?

Protesting to “reopen” are not only dangerous during this time but also a huge slap in the face to those of us who are working in law enforcement and medical fields. How does the council plan to address these protesters? We are not okay with this. Something needs to be done.
