    I'd be attending this meeting if I didn't have City College classes this morning. If affordable housing is the main issue, why has the city council not provided incentives for developers to build along the mixed-use corridors outlined in the current general plan? If incentives are being provided (tax breaks, mitigation fees) what are they and why aren't they working?

    I also ask what the current status is of implementing the South Blackstone Mobility Plan? Wouldn't city dedication to following through on such an ambitious idea encourage developers to pool their resources behind it?

    If anyone is wondering, I live on a county island within District 2.

    I don't want more sprawl.
