Approve a Lease Agreement between the City of Fresno and Anoush Chamlian, Trustee of the Vahan H. Chamlian and Anoush Chamlian Trust for three years plus two optional one-year extensions in the amount of $305,505 annually, with annual increases of 3%, plus the proportionate CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges estimated at $102,492 annually
