Request clarity before approving $10M PIP application for Chinatown housing.
Staff report describes scattered-site mixed-income rental/ownership housing on City or Housing Successor property.

    Questions:
Where exactly are sites in Chinatown?
What does mixed-income mean and what AMI levels?
What % units at 30/50/60% AMI?
What are "other eligible activities" and how much funds go to construction vs other uses?
Will funds be leveraged with other financing? If so how?
Concern: Chinatown has high need; funds must prioritize lowest-income residents and avoid displacement tied to redevelopment.
Request answers before approval and commitment to transparency and deep affordability.

you do not leave enough room to really ask what i wanted to in detail so I will send and email also.
