Approve a Consultant Services Agreement between the City of Fresno and Rincon Consultants, Inc. for on-call Historic Preservation consulting in an amount not to exceed $120,000, effective through July 31, 2027, with the option of three one-year extensions for a total amount not to exceed $480,000 2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
