1. RESOLUTION - Adopting the Measure P Expanded Access to Arts and Culture Grant Guidelines
2. RESOLUTION - To create the Ad-hoc Cultural Arts Grant Application Review Committee to be Known as "ARC Group A"
3. RESOLUTION - To create the Ad-hoc Cultural Arts Grant Application Review Committee to be Known as "ARC Group B"

I oppose increasing the Measure P grant cap from $150,000. I also oppose giving money to the Helm Building owner and final passage of the entertainment zone proposal. I fear unintended consequences from the entertainment zone proposal: there’s talk of creating one on Olive Avenue in the Tower, in an area surrounded by homes and residents fed up with the drunks and violence.
