Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Marjaree Mason Center, Inc. for the acceptance in the amount to not exceed $142,872 for grant funding, a one-year term from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, from the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services' Law Enforcement Specialized Unit Program for the Fresno Police Department's Domestic Violence Unit 2026 Law Enforcement Specialized Unit Program 4.
