ADOPT - Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for Environmental Assessment No. P25-01774/P25-01778, dated December 12, 2025, for the proposed project pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; and, 2. BILL (for Introduction and Adoption) - Amending the Official Zoning Map as described by Section 15-508 of the Fresno Municipal Code, and pursuant to the procedures set forth in Article 58, Chapter 15 of the Fresno Municipal Code; and, 3. APPROVE - Development Permit Application No. P25-01774, proposing to construct an adult day care facility on ±1.17 acres of property, subject to compliance with the Conditions of Approval dated January 21, 2026, and contingent upon approval of Rezone Application No. P25-01778 and the related environmental assessment.
