Approve Design-Build Contract Amendment No. 2 for Phase Two of a Progressive Design-Build Agreement with Bomel Construction Company Inc. of Irvine, California, to provide design and construction services related to the North Fulton Parking Structure Project in an amount not to exceed $35,323,776, bringing the total contract amount to $37,278,435.
