2.-E. ID 25-1536 Actions pertaining to the North Fulton Parking Structure Project (Council District 3): 1. Adopt a Consistency Determination for the proposed project pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15183, confirming that the North Fulton Parking Structure is consistent with and supported by the Environmental Impact Report prepared for the Downtown Neighborhoods Community Plan, Fulton Corridor Specific Plan, and Downtown Development Code; 2. Approve Design-Build Contract Amendment No. 2 for Phase Two of a Progressive Design-Build Agreement with Bomel Construction Company Inc. of Irvine, California, to provide design and construction services related to the North Fulton Parking Structure Project in an amount not to exceed $35,323,776, bringing the total contract amount to $37,278,435.
